Partner with WebStreet to acquire and manage a portfolio of online businesses.
We raise the capital, you grow the business.
Are you a successful entrepreneur with with a proven knack for acquiring and growing online businesses? You could be who we are looking for!
WebStreet is a game-changing platform that allows fractional investment in online businesses run by world-class Portfolio Managers.
We connect passive investors to experienced Portfolio Managers creating a streamlined partnership.
Tapping our network of investors, WebStreet raises the funds for each portfolio. The investors own fractional pieces of the portfolios, giving them passive returns while funding successful entrepreneurs like yourself to acquire bigger businesses than you could alone.
WebStreet takes care of the boring stuff so you can focus on what you do best: manage and grow the portfolio. You’ll choose the businesses to acquire and run them independently, just like you do right now with your own portfolio. The difference is you’ll have a much larger pool of capital to execute your strategy.
Investors and Portfolio Managers are paid quarterly distributions and proceeds from the exit in 2-4 years when you sell the businesses. We all have skin in the game, so the better your portfolios perform, the more money everyone makes.

If you don’t meet all the requirements exactly, we still recommend applying—we're happy to review your application to see if you're a good fit.
How do I become a Portfolio Manager with WebStreet?
Please fill out our Portfolio Manager interest form (PM Interest Form) including your experience, strategy, current and past portfolio performance. We will inform you of our vetting process and be in touch to discuss next steps. Please wait to hear back from us after you submit your form.
What is the vetting process Portfolio Managers go through?
We are diligent in vetting to make sure our Portfolio Managers are qualified and of the highest performance. Check out our in depth blog post on our selection process.
We are looking for a recent and relevant track record executing on the strategy you want to employ with us. If you want to run FBA businesses, you need to have a track record of doing exactly that.
Many Portfolio Managers have bought and sold businesses with Empire Flippers. If they have, we are very familiar with their track record and in fact Empire Flippers were the ones who put together their P&L, vetted them and did business with them previously.
Regardless, we will vet their track records of buying / selling business elsewhere in the industry and verify the numbers they provided to WebStreet.
We will run a background check, criminal check and credit check on all potential Portfolio Managers.
How long does the vetting process usually take?
The vetting process consists of at least 3 video calls with different people from our management team and might include additional steps such as a case study.
The first interview, additional case study, and initial feedback are usually completed within 2-4 weeks. Depending on when the next funding round is coming up, the timeline for the final calls with our management team might be a bit longer.
What is the typical "skin in the game" for Portfolio Managers?
Portfolio Managers put cash into every fund. This may vary from round to round but will typically be 5% of the fund value. The more rounds you partner with us, the lower the co-investment.
Do Portfolio Managers receive a salary? How are they compensated?
Portfolio Managers do not receive a salary. All compensation comes from their share of the profits. Also, all operating expenses are at cost such as team, contractor services, etc., which WebStreet will audit.
What timeline can I expect?
Technical & legal onboarding (1-2 weeks): Preparing deal pages, recording interviews, signing legal documents, etc.
Acquisitions onboarding + acquisition phase (3-4 months): Weekly calls, reviewing acquisition targets with our team of experts, deploying funds.
Holding period (2-4 years): Performance updates, masterminds, webinars & events.
Exit phase: 20% upside for PMs
When will WebStreet launch the next round?
Round 6 is scheduled to launch in late summer 2023 and we plan to launch round 7 before the end of the year as well.
